REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING FIXED DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS 

This section deals with requirements for the opening of Fixed Deposit Accounts by Account Holders and Non-Account Holders in the Bank.  

 BY SAVINGS ACCOUNT HOLDER  
  i.           A letter requesting for the opening of the account and instructing a Branch to transfer an
              amount from Customers existing Account in the Branch. 
  ii.          A Cheque drawn on the Customers Account in another Branch or Bank in favour of the
              Applicant, the Proceeds of such a Cheque must have been obtained before the tenor
              becomes effective and Deposit Certificate issued. 
  iii.         Cash Deposit. 
  iv.         Completed Call and Fixed Deposit Account. 
  v.          Opening Form and letter of set off. 
  vi.          2 completed Signature Cars.

 BY NON SAVINGS ACCOUNT HOLDER 
  i.           A Letter requesting for the opening of a Deposit Account.
  ii.          Requirements specified in “By Savings Account Holder” (ii-v) above to be carried out.
