REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING SAVINGS ACCOUNTS 
This section deals with requirements for the opening of saving Accounts in the Bank.  

 CLUBS, SOCIETIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS SAVINGS ACCOUNT  
  i.            Two Signature Cards (To be completed by the Authorised Signatories). 
  ii.            Certificate of Registration obtained from Ministry responsible for Co-operative Societies;
                (for sighting and photocopy for records). 
  iii.           Three (3) recent Passport Photographs of each Authorised Signatory. 
  iv.            Resolution from the clubs, societies or Organizations Executive Committee requesting 
                 opening of Account with the Bank and specifying signatories. 
  v.             Completed Letter of set-off
